Excel Online (Business) to SharePoint List Flow

I have been attempting to get data from an excel sheet in a sharepoint document library to update an existing list in SharePoint. There are great examples of how to use Get Rows with the now deprecated Excel connector.

I'm just wanting some guidance in the right way of doing this with the Excel Online (Business) connector.

My current thought is:

  1. Manual Trigger
  2. List Rows
  3. Do Until
  4. Get a Row
  5. Create Item

The problem I am having with this approach is Get a row requires a Key value, which I don't know as the key is a randomised number. The Do Until I think is right, but the Get a Row is probably where I'm going wrong. Any suggestions?

Hi @Dennis727,

Please use the column value instead of the whole row into the key value, for example, the Key column I input is Number, the key value should be Number too.Annotation 2019-09-06 165740.png

Re: Excel Online (Business) to SharePoint List Flow

Hi @Dennis727

I am assuming you are trying to check to see if the excel row data exists in SharePoint? If no then you want to create the item?

Re: Excel Online (Business) to SharePoint List Flow

Hi @RezaDorrani ,

Thank you for the followup. Yes moving forward I will want to add a condition in there to check data, however, I am struggling with just getting a row of data into the SharePoint List.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

Dennis
