Excel: Send email when someone enters a date in a cell

Hi guys,

This is my first time using flow and I'm extremely excited by the possibilities.

I'm looking to set one up so that when someone requests stock from a spreadsheet, it automatically sends me an email.

Preferably, I would like it to send an email when the date requested box is populated.

Spreadsheet:

stock.JPG

I can't seem to find a way to get it to trigger a flow when Column E = not blank, is there a way to do that?

If that email could contain info from Column A and B that would be even better.

Re: Excel: Send email when someone enters a date in a cell

Hi @adam-winship ,

Currently, there is no trigger like "when a row is created".

Therefore the only option is to schedule a flow to execute periodically or if you have Excel online For Business you can create an instant flow that users can trigger manually for the specific row.
