Excel add row into a table takes a too long, a few minutes

I have a script that uses an excel table to keep track of the ID's which have already been processed in prior flow iterations.

-Get ID's that need to be processed.
-Check Excel table if ID's exist
-If NOT exist then add ids to the excel table.

The issue is, when I run the flow every minute, the function "List rows present in table" does not return the added just rows until about 3-4 minutes later.  So I end up processing the same records multiple times.

That is unfortunately one of the realities of using Excel as a data source.  There is no way to change that behavior to get it to write to the file faster.  Its one of the reasons I don't usually use Excel as a data source.  I would suggest using a SharePoint list instead.

And it works like charm. Thank you!
Haven't used lists before, but the setup was straightforward.

I only ran into one step I had to debug.

I renamed the title column into order_id, however on the "Get Items" function I still had the order_id returned as title. While in the "Create item" function I use order_id.   It works, but it's weird, what am I missing?

SharePoint uses an internal column name (which never changes) and a display name.  In some places you'll see the display name and in some places you need to use the internal name.
