Existing Planner tasks to SharePoint List

Anyone know how to move already existing tasks in Planner to SharePoint list without using the excel sheet? As there are only these triggers: Completed Tasks, When a new task is created and when a task is assigned to me.

 

As these are existing tasks i dont know how to trigger the flow.

Hello @lakeshore ,

you can use manual trigger if it's one time action, or scheduled trigger if it should be on regular basis. Then list all the tasks from the Planner and create items in SP.
