Export Data from Planner to a Sharpoint List with Flow

Hello,

I'm trying to create a flow to get data from planner to a Sharepoint list ...so far so good..

But i'm stuck with 3 problems:

- I have to show the Bucket Name

- The Description

- And the "Assigned To"...I'm trying to use "Get user profile (v2)", but it's too slow when I test the flow (never complete).

Thank you

Hi @cath1991,

1. You could use the List buckets to get the buckets name:

2. Get task description could use the Get task detail to approach:

3. If the Apply to each run slow, you could configure the setting, then turn on the Concurrency Control:Screenshot 2021-01-21 142323.jpg
