Export list and send as attachment

I am pretty new to Flow and I am struggeling with creating one of my first flows.

What I have: A list with a few items, one of the attributes is "status".

What I want to do: The best result would be an export (.xlsx) of all items with the status "new" and send an email with the export as an attachment.

I managed to create a HTML table and send an email with the table in the body. But a well formatted .xlsx would make it a bit easier to work with.

Do you have any hints for me?

Hi @desofmondo ,

You want add the list data into a excel file, then an email with excel file as attachment.

First, I suggest you create a excel file in the SharePoint Library.

Then create a table to correspond the list in the excel.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Thank you very much for your answer and effort.

But I wanted to automated process creating a new Excel file each month, which i couldn't realize so far.

I now did it with PowerShell script (get the items from the list, creating a .xlsx, fill it and send it as an email).

Due to it's a Flow forum, I'm not sure if it's wanted to share the code here. If anyone wants to know it you can write me a pm.
