Export sharepoint list specific columns to Excel Table

Hey,

 

I want to export special columns out of a sharepoint list using Flow. Furthermore I want, that an excisting row get updated and a new row gets added to the table.

I figuered out the following Flow:

length(body('In_Tabelle_vorhandene_Zeilen_auflisten')?['value']) eq 0

Did you refer to the suggestions provided in my last reply to improve Flow?

 

You can use column1 as a key column to update existing rows.

Hi @Enrico1109 ,

 

You can first move Condition outside of Apply to each, and then configure Add a row into a table action in the If yes branch.

 

Then add Update a row action in the If no branch. You need to specify a column as the key column. This field needs to be not empty and have a unique value. Then fill the corresponding Dynamic content in the Key Value.

Thank you for your fast response.

It automatically add a new row but its not checking if the row is alrady excisting. So its adding always a new row and not update one.
