External Users Query

Hi there,

We currently have client SharePoint sites hosted on our O365 tenant, with access to each site to be rolled out to each of our respective clients imminently. Initially, only the senior management of each client will have access to the sites, however as time goes on it's likely we'll be adding everyone else too; To streamline the new user process and save us from having to add each individual staff member, I've built a Flow (See below) which adds external users based on values inputted into an 'External Access' Sharepoint list which will be located on each Client site, and doesn't really require much input from us (the administrators) other than a simple Approval/Rejection process.

Currently all the client sites are structurally the same; for the most part they all have the same main folders, and soon they will all each have their own external access list to add names to - so my query is this, the flow as it is just looks at one single specific client site and the external acccess list that is on that one site, meaning (I think) that if I want to roll out external access to all the other Client sites I'll have to create that flow again and again for each and every one of them. Is there a better way of doing this? Is it possible to create a single Flow, or anything really, that can look at all the external access lists acoss the different client sites on the tenant, and if one has a new item added to it, it then creates the external user for that site only?

Hope what I'm saying makes sense.

Any thoughts are appreciated, thank you!

Re: External Users Query

Hi @Guero ,

I afraid that there is no any better way to achieve your needs, and you could only create flow for each Client site.

Best regards,
