Extract Email to Text

Hi all,
I have the following problem, which I am now unfortunately for quite some time to search and try. And now need your help please.

The following scenario:
An end customer fills out a contact form on a homepage. This is sent by mail. The target is to generate a case in Dynamics.

Basically no problem so far. But the customer has a special formatting (from Exchange) that I can't handle. Here is the output from the "Html to text":

[You do not often receive e-mail from "xxx@xxx.xxx". More information,
why this is important can be found at
"http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification"] Company: xxx xxx Last name:
xxx First name: xxx Street / P.O.. Box: Postal Code: City: Country: Telephone
/ mobile: E-mail-address: xxx.xxx@xxx.xxx Your message: Test Mail
Privacy policy: activated

I can take out the part in the square brackets. So far so good. But then I have the following output:

Company: xxx xxx Last name:
xxx First name: xxx Street / P.O. Box: Postal Code: City: Country: Telephone
/ mobile: E-mail-address: xxx.xxx@xxx.xxx Your message: Test Mail
Privacy policy: enabled

Now I am despairing that I need the following listing.

Company:
Last name:
First name:
Street / P.O. Box:
Postal Code:
City:
Country:
Telephone / mobile:
E-mail-address:
Your message:
Privacy policy:

Does anyone have an idea how I can prepare the values so that I can then process them? Thank you guys

Hi together,

figured out the solution myself, with some help from this post.

I don't know if it's the ideal way but it works for me. All values are output as desired. Regardless of their length:
