In our company we have an internal mailbox to which employees forward e-mails then an auto-creation rule create a case the only problem I want is to extract the original sender address from the mill and search for the client in dynamics 365 according also subject (red part) and message content (black part)
this is the format that usually comes and I want to extract the yellow part
Is it possible to do?
What is the trigger you are using?
Is it a CDS Connector when a record is created? Type Email Message? or when an email arrives?
It is a CSD Connector when a record is created the record type is mail Message
Please try the below to extract the Sender
