Extract data from excel and send mail

Hello,

I'm trying to create a flow and I'm blocked.

This is what I need.

1. Extract data from an Excel file

2. Filter out only the "open" cases.

3. Send email with HTML table to each Coordinator only with its open cases.

Ej: What I need is that Coordinator 1 receives only one mail every week with its Open cases, same for coordinator 2 and 3.

Is that possible?

Since I cannot post images below a reduced version of the file

Status  Coordinator Coordinator's email

Open  1                    1@xxxxx

Close  2                    2@xxxxx

Open  2                    2@xxxxx

Open  1                    1@xxxxx

Open  3                    3@xxxxx

Open  2                    2@xxxxx

Thanks in advance

Hi @Irene0620 ,

You could refer to the following thread and see if it helps:

Solved: Re: Sending Scheduled Emails with Excel Rows Inclu... - Power Platform Community

Also, you could refer to the following screenshot to configure the flow:

Hope this helps.

Hello @v-bacao-msft

Thanks for your answer!

The flow is working!

I only have one last question.

In "Append to array variable 2" I need to put a date field. I've been having problems with the format, you know I get 43973 instead of 22/05/2020. I tried this expresion that's worked for me before, but now I get an error message.

addDays(‘1900–01–01T00:00:00Z’,sub(int(item()?[‘TestingDate’]),2))

Do you know how to fix this?

Thanks again!

Hi @Irene0620 ,

Please provide the error message and the screenshot of the flow configuration so that we could check the error.
