Extrating Information from Object In Flow.

Hi,

I have been trying to get assignees from Planner in order to update a SP task list. However I realise this is current unavaliable, therefore I have been trying to create a workaround.

Using the below flow:

I have been able to extract the following:

{
  "7528bdaf-ec04-4b9d-a254-6c6b31275fdb": {
    "@odata.type": "#microsoft.graph.plannerAssignment",
    "assignedDateTime": "2018-09-07T09:54:57.4008071Z",
    "orderHint": "",
    "assignedBy": {
      "user": {
        "displayName": null,
        "id": "6cf05881-1715-4703-8464-13013444eec9"
      }
    }
  },
  "6cf05881-1715-4703-8464-13013444eec9": {
    "@odata.type": "#microsoft.graph.plannerAssignment",
    "assignedDateTime": "2018-09-06T16:08:05.3357471Z",
    "orderHint": "8586653568601731296PA",
    "assignedBy": {
      "user": {
        "displayName": null,
        "id": "6cf05881-1715-4703-8464-13013444eec9"
      }
    }
  }
}

Now some of the tasks will have one assignee, others two, other three etc.

In this example I suspect I need to build an array by extracting 7528bdaf-ec04-4b9d-a254-6c6b31275fdb6cf05881-1715-4703-8464-13013444eec9 from the above and discard the rest, I can then do a Get User Profile using these values to get the information (email etc) that I require.

I cannot work out how I can extract this information from the above object. Is anyone able to help me>

Many Thanks Smiley Happy

Re: Extrating Information from Object In Flow.

Hi @Jimbo1,

I have made a test on my side and I afraid there is no any way to extract the value from the content that you mentioned.

Best regards,

Alice

I hit the same roadbloack as you, but I found this work around. It will only extract the first assignee but it's better than nothing. The thread has some other useful information too.
