FTP connector forbidden

I added a FTP get file contents to my flow, and after I enter all of the connection info, I receive a Not yet authorized error. I go into my connections and my FTP connector shows connected but when I update it or create a new one, I get a red bar with no error info… dev tools returns 403 forbidden. To me it sounds like my ops team may need to authorize my account to use the FTP connector, but they say all looks good. Any insight?
