Failed Flow - What are the details?

I am showing that I have a failed flow. I have 2 questions with this. First... What are the details of that flow? I have no idea who submitted it. Second... If I resubmit it, my original still shows that it failed. Is there any way to delete it since I don't see a way to tell if it was resubmitted.
