There isn't anything "built-in" from MS to handle this use case currently.
Take a look at this process through the Encodian connector that might do what you need: Fill a PDF Form with Microsoft Power Automate — Encodian
I wouldn't mind using HTMLs but everything I find makes me use gallery's and I don't have them built into my app. With Encodian I have to have an account correct?
Yeah, it's a third-party, so you'd need an account with them.
I am getting ready to leave my current position so I am going to have to transfer all my flows and apps over to someone else. How about going from a word doc to a pdf to an email attachment?
I don't know about the PDF, but the Word doc population should be doable. Check out this guy's tutorial: Power Automate: How to populate a Word Template 📃 - YouTube
Then it's easy enough to send an email with the file you generated attached.
I guess the question remains when you transfer a flow over to someone what about the One Drive situation? I am trying to avoid breaking anything. I am leaving all my flows and apps in the hands of people who do not know anything about them.
If I were you, I would bundle it in a solution, then have the new person in charge of the flows deploy the solution. It should prompt them to set new connections. It might be a good idea for them to try doing this before you leave just in case.
No, this video didn't help because I am not using a form I am using a word docx or a PDF that is already created. I need the information that being submitted from a power app, sent to a SP list, populated on to a PDF preferably but will take a word docx if I have to. I tried to use Encodian but it is asking for a contract number and I don't have one...
