Filter Multiple List Values for Action

Hi There

We got a Shrepoint List with a lot of entries.

How do I run a flow to get changes and then filter for two list item values in order to determine which action to add afterwards.

My Flow:

At the moment I get this error:

The expression "(Completedeq 'Completed') and ({"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":47,"Value":"Archiv"}eq 'Holzbau3')" is not valid. Creating query failed.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Dan47

Couple of things to check here.

1. Above you mentioned (Completedeq 'Completed') Make sure there is a space before the eq

2.  Watch my tutorial Power Automate - How To Filter SharePoint Lookup Column - YouTube

Hi @abm

Seems like it worked.

The values are right now.

I will proceed with building my flow and get back to you if there is any issue with the filter.

Hi @abm

Somehow my flow gets mixed up with the column value and the column name.

I built this flow and I get this error:

Column 'Creating' does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.

That could be someone renamed the existing column. Go to the settings of the list. Click the column Creating. Check the URL and at the end of the url it will show you the original schema name of the column name.

Hi @abm

Thats the point: The column is called "Status" and the value is "creating".

The flow got this mixed up.

I found out what was the Problem: I used dynamic values:

If I write it out it workes fine:
