Good Afternoon,
I have been fumbling through other posts on this for a while and can't seem to find a way to resolve this issue. To put it simply, I am looking to filter my data added to a SharePoint List (Multiple lines of data, not just the most recent additions) and output it at the base of an automated email for team review. Here is a snip of some of the list.
I have multiple MS Form responses feeding into the list and then filter by each form location to send to the reviewer. The problem here is I haven't been able to send the filtered item. For instance, if I wanted to send Form Name 22-030, I tried the following (please assume I typed the blacked out info in properly/matching):
And this returned:
Beyond this issue, if I remove the filter, it only sends 1 line, i.e the top item of the list (22-026 line), and when I adjust "top count" this only sends duplicate messages and duplicates that top item on the message. In theory, it should be sending me the full list, no?
Original unfiltered list of responses:
Adjusted top count duplicate email (of 2):
Any help on either of these issues would be much appreciated. Let me know if you need to see anything else to help resolve.
Hi @JR2022
Your Filter Query 'Form Name' contains spaces. To get the correct schema name go to list settings in SharePoint. Click the column 'Form Name'. Check the browser URL. At the end of the url it should show the actual column name. Try replacing this name under the filter query.
Thanks

Learn more from my blogThis worked for filtering to that particular list on the output, thank you!
I still have the issue where it only shows one of the items and not all of the ones under the list. I would like it to send the full list of items (currently only 3, but they will be added daily once we have it working) and then I will add a filter to only show items added the day the notification is sent (if you have any idea how to do that it would be greatly appreciated as well!).

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks again!
Hi @JR2022
I am little bit lost here. So did you fixed the Filter Query? You sure have more than on records matching the filter query? Did you checked the run history? Without seeing in detail its difficult to determine what's wrong with the flow.
Thanks

Learn more from my blog@abm The filter query is filtering now to the proper sublist but it isn't including all of the items as shown. What is it that you need to see? I can attach more of the flow for you to try and understand. My hunch is it has to do with something in the "get items" section:
How I'm generating the preview (HTML Table) on the email:
I just ran a test where I adjusted the "top count" to 3 and it sent me 3 separate emails each with 3 duplicate items, each on showing 1 of the 3 items on the list. see attached screenshots:
3 emails at the same time:
Email 1:
Email 2:
Email 3:
I hope this helps but if not let me know what you need exactly and I'll get it for you. Thanks again for the help!
Hi @JR2022
Thanks for the screenshot.
Not sure how you got a nested loop. That means your mapping not quite right.
See below
See above I don't have a loop. Check your mappings and see why it created a loop. Thats the reason you having three emails.

Learn more from my blog@abm I have determined the loop is from the "apply to each " control I am using to send the automated email. Rather than sending 1 email with 1 full list, it is sending 3 emails with each list item. I'm at a loss here, not sure how to correct this issue.
Thanks for the help!
Hi @JR2022
Could you post a screenshot of the flow please?
Thanks

Learn more from my blog@abm I'm so sorry for the delay, work has kept me very busy. Please see screenshots attached:
I really think the reason this is sending multiple emails is because of the "Apply to Each" control but I'm not sure how else to do this. I would really appreciate the help here.
Hi @JR2022
See above and I don't have the loop.
What are the dynamic values you mapping under the Email. Could you please expand the email step and show me.
Thanks
