Filter Query questions and Sharepoint

I am building a flow to auto archive files in a SharePoint library when they are 6 months old. I am totally new to Flow but have some general shell scripting experience. Basically I got this flow from a tutorial video, and everything seems to be right. I made some modifications for testing purposes, so instead of 6 month old files it is testing for 15 day old files, because the test directory is only a month old. Anyway, this is the variable I created. flow1.PNG

The expression in Value reads: StartOfDay(addDays(utcnow(),-15))

All of that works fine, but when I do a Get Files (properties only) SharePoint action: flow2.PNG

The tutorial had it listed like the highlighted part above, but it gives me this error:

"Column 'modified' does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.
clientRequestId: d6d03f86-98d8-4c28-92cf-e9d55354fb4d
serviceRequestId: d6d03f86-98d8-4c28-92cf-e9d55354fb4d"

So then I realized that I don't know what its looking for in that section, what column?

The next section looks like this: flow3.PNG

As you can see, this is supposed to find files that are more than 15 days old and copy them from 'Old Vendor Data' to 'Archive' within the SP online site I'm testing in. But I'm missing some fundamental understanding of what exactly is happening in those last 2 steps with the filter query, column name its looking for, etc. Since the tutorial I watched assumes this knowledge and a day of reading and research has gotten me no closer. I am reaching out for help.

Hopefully I have been thorough enough without boring you. 🙂

Hi @Anonymous

You need to make two changes in your filter query:

1. Change modified to Modified
2. Map the first variable as dynamic property after lt (Less than) looks like you have added that as a text.

That helped, and i didnt even noticed it had changed, thank you.

Now im getting a sharepoint error that says that one of the sharepoint folders doesnt exist, and it does.

The file /sites/ITsub1/Shared Documents/All Covered does not exist.

Except it does exist. the tenant shows up in the pulldown menu, so clearly it sees that. it runs for a second and then errors out at this point.

Its in the get file metadata section.

I dont know whats wrong here now.

also heres this too.

Hi @Anonymous,

It seems like the File identifier is not correct, the identifier should have the file path + file name with extension, for example:
