Filter and move by Outlook Category

I'm trying to build a Flow that looks at my O365 inbox on a daily basis (1x/day) and then filters read messages to their respective folders.

e.g.

If read and received >= today()-3days, take message(s) in Inbox with label/category A and move to folder A (B->B, etc).

If I can exclude messages that are flagged, that would be great too.

Is this possible today?

Re: Filter and move by Outlook Category

Hi @MikeChi,

No, it is not possible currently in Microsoft Flow.

Office 365 Outlook ->Get Emails Action currently is only available to get the top 25 emails at most. So Scheduling for Get Emails is not possible.

Filtering for IsRead and the Received time is possible, but exculding Flagged is not available, as there is no Flag information in the Email response body.

Please consider submit this requirements as an idea under Microsoft Flow idea forum:

Regards,

Michael
