Filter and retrieve SharePoint items by specific (user) field

Hi

I have a SharePoint list with the following structure

Requested_x0020_For: [
{
@odata.type: "#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
Claims: "i:0#.f|membership|yxz@coompany.com",
DisplayName: "Doe, John",
Email: "John.Doe@company.com",
Picture: "https://spteam.company.com/sites/EIS/CustomerEngagement/_layouts/15/UserPhoto.aspx?Size=L&AccountName=John.Doe@aa.com",
Department: "Call Center 5",
JobTitle: "Sr Engineer"
}
]

What I'm trying to do is retrieve all the tickets Requested For a person then pass that list of items back to PVA.

My bot collects the user info as DisplayName

I have a filter query, but I don't know how to narrow it down to only DisplayName.

I tried filter array where Requested for contains DisplayName but my output came back blank.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @F_Quint

Try the below

The expression I used above is

item()?['Author']['DisplayName']

Thanks

Hi @F_Quint

I have tested this and it is working as expected. Most likely your bot requestor is the issue here. Map that value in a compose and place the compose output under the filter array and try.

Thanks

Thanks @abm  I ended up using the UPN from the bot then created an action to Get User Profile and with that it worked like a charm.
