Hi,
I have an manager approval flow for a document library. To the table I've added a column called Approved with Yes and No(default) values.
A user selects an entry and starts the flow.
When a manager has approved, the flow changes the value of Approved column for that entry to Yes.
I want to control the dropdown not to show the approval flow if an entry, with Approved value Yes, is selected. So only entries with No as value are allowed to start the flow.
Thanks
Ramin

Hi Ramin @sharram, you can't hide the menu option but what you want to achieve can be done by creating a button in your list which only shows if the Approval is No. Laura Rogers has described this at https://wonderlaura.com/2018/07/18/button-in-sharepoint-list-to-trigger-microsoft-flow/
