Filter on a Sharepoint list

Hello all,
I would like to filter a larger sharepoint list by a message id.

List A and B have the same entry.
In list A a comment is set and this should be added in list B.

My clue for the entry is a message id.
Unfortunately I can't get the filter to filter the entry by this ID.

As a test I took the subject. After this the filter works directly. Unfortunately the subject exists several times and it is not the exact entry.

What is the best way to filter by the message ID?

community: sorry for writing in german. I will explain the solution in englisch but communicate in german

Bsp:

ID letzter "A" Eintrag: 35

ID letzter "B" Eintrag: 48

thanks for your answer and your idea.

The lists are filled based on backup mails from our customers.

One list receives all entries (success, failed, warning) and the other only errors.

Therefore they are unfortunately different.
I had forgotten to mention, sorry 🙂

The timestamp would be another approach, unfortunately I also get an error when I filter for it.

A query by subject, customer, status fails because there are too many entries in the list.
A filtering in advance by the Message-ID would be perfect.

Gruß Tobi
