Filtering data from Datatable control

Hello,

I created a form due to Plumsail Forms and would like in thw flow to filter data from Data table control and split it into two separate arrays. One array for items with “Category 1”. Another array for items with “Category 2”.

How can I make it?

Thanks!

What do you mean by datatable control? Which connector are you referring to for this datatable control? Plumsail Forms does not include a datatable control. Please be as thorough as possible when describing the Flow architecture you are seeking.

Hi @Snuff ,

Could you share the details of your Forms design?

If you can, please consider export Forms  and provide for us as an attachment so that we can provide a suitable solution.

Also if you want to store each column value in separate array, you could refer to the following method.

For example, my DataTable has two fields, Column1 and Column2, which can use array variables to store field values in specified array.

Initialize two array variables, traverse the value of the DataTable, and append the field values to the specified array.

Hello @v-bacao-msft
Thank you very much
Can you please explain more detailed how you created the flow after initialize variable part? How did you put Column1 and Column2 as an action?

Hi @Snuff ,

Column1, Column2 are Compose actions, I renamed them, so this is displayed.

My DataTable has two fields, the column names are Column1, Column2.

For the sake of clarity, I show Apply to each using a separate screenshot.

Okay now I got it. I chose compose action and put their column 1 and column 2.
could you also expand apply to each action?

Hello @v-bacao-msft

Thank you very much!

The final result of my flow should be generation of two docs documents. I need to generate two separate docx documents with data from column 1 and data from column2 with the help of Plumsail Documents. Could you please help me with that?

Thank you

I think you can use Create file action in SharePoint or OneDrive to generate the word file.

Hello @v-bacao-msft
Thank you.

But I need to create docx documents with the help of Plumsail Documents connector. How can I build a flow in that case?
