Re: Filtering emails to different subfolders in Onedrive

Hi @Hamid ,

It seems that you are having two Create file actions in the flow.

About your scenario, “all these subfolders will be within one folder with specific name”, I guess that you want to create subfolders under a specific folder.

Please just create a folder manually before creating the flow, then you could enter the folder you’ve created previously in the folder path likes below:

Hope it would be helpful.

Re: Filtering emails to different subfolders in Onedrive

Hi @Hamid ,

According to your description, it seems that you would like to create subfolders for corresponding users to store email attachments from them.

Please check the following screenshot for a reference. If the folder already exists, attachments will be saved to the existing folder, otherwise, a new folder will be created then save the file.

Please take a try with it and feel free post back if you need more help.

Re: Filtering emails to different subfolders in Onedrive

Thank you @v-yamao-msft  for your response. Is it possible for that flow to specify email address? because I want to say if I receive an email attachements from person a and b it goes to that subfolder and if I receive email from b and c it goes to another subfolder and so on. All these subfolders will be within one folder with specific name.

The one that I have now, creats folders deponding on senders in Onedrive directly as a result there are a lot of folders from different senders. But I want to gather all folders in one folder. The one that I have skips the first Creat Folder step, I have attached the one I have now. Appreciate any helpUntitled1.png
