Find Salesforce case number from Column in a List in Sharepoint

My sharepoint list has a column where the unique Salesforce case is manually entered. Please help me tie the existing Case # in Salesforce to the manually entered Case # in Sharepoint.

Knock on wood* the flow will then send an email on the Case

Re: Find Salesforce case number from Column in a List in Sharepoint

@kchinds

Hey there.  What does the rest of your Flow look like?  What's the trigger?  Is the intent for the email to be sent from within Salesforce? Tracked there?  Or just in Outlook?

Thanks!
