Hello Power users!
I am building my first flow to automate the sending of a welcome email based on an inbound notification (email) received.
The Inbound email body contains the email address I would like to the send the welcome email too. Here is an example of the body.
1 users were added to a training campaign: Baseline Security Training
User List:
- jbeam@domainname.com, Jim Beam
User Names:
- Jim Beam
User Emails:
- jbeam@domainname.com
I'd like to take the {email address} & {user name} and reuse these for an outbound welcome message.
Workflow trigger = Inbound email with subject header + senders address
The part I am struggling with is the approach to extract the email and user name a value, which would then be inserted into the outbound message.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi @MarkAC,
Are these users members of your organization? If they are, you could use Get user profile (V2) action of Office 365 user connector to extract the user name and mail, for example:
Best Regards,
