Flow Approval email format change?

Hi, I am setting up a flow for a portion of my company, and for some reason the formatting of the email has changed? It used to be able to approve or reject from directly in the email without having to click a link and go to the actual MS flow website, but not thats the case anymore. Was there an update?

The approval email is like the pic below currently:

When you click the approve or reject button, it will go to MS flow website.

I think it’s the result of the new version.

So will approvals look like this from now on. Why do I get som in one format and another email in a different format?

I would also like to change the format of the Approvals.

I don't know if this has been asked before or i dont know if this is possible to do.

 

This is what i would like to do.

Can we change the sender of the Approval Request from maccount@microsoft.com to the email of a person or a shared mailbox?

I would like to change that to this.

Name / Email address of shared mailboxName / Email address of shared mailbox

The idea for this is so that people will not be confused as to who is this coming from. Our company demographics is mostly non-techie persons so i'm thinking of how to make it easier for them.

 

I hope this can be changed.
