Hi,
I've created a Flow where an HTTP Request will trigger an Approval. Could someone direct me as to how I can set the requester (person submitting the Approval)? I am able to trigger the Approval by sending an HTTP request, but in the Approvals center it always shows that the Approval is from the person who created the Flow (in this case, me). See the attached image.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
-Graham
Hi gmathias,
I am afraid that it is a default behavior. The approval email will be sent from the person who set up the flow but not the person who submit the application.
A temporary workaround might be add the name of the creator on the email subject, so the approver will know who submitted the application.
I have seen other customers reporting the same issue. I would suggest you submit an idea at Flow Ideas Forum, then I will suggest other customers who have the same request to vote the idea at here:

Thanks Mable. I see that there is already an idea on that forum:
I've upvoted it.
