We have a flow that touches 1,000 users. A handful of them received an error below when clicking the "Approve" & "Reject" buttons from the Flow email. Can any one please help me on how to resolve this?

According to the documentation “Troubleshooting a flow”, error 500 means that the failure is temporary.
Not sure if this is a temporary issue on your side, please try to run the flow again, if the issue still contains, please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration.
