Flow Email Not Saving

I have a flow that I have created that goes like this:

 

A website form is filled out on a Square Space website. Once submitted, the form is sent to an email that is set up as a distribution list. One of the emails on that distribution list is then used to create a flow to create a task in Asana. The task is created by pulling the body of the email into the Asana task description. I have set it so that when an email comes in it will only forward it from that one email address. However, the email address will only work one time. Then somehow it gets deleted and will start forwarding all emails. Has anyone ever had this issue? Or is there a better workaround for doing this?Capture 2.JPG

hi @LeeBailey  this could be type of bug, but this kind of bugs are quickly solved.

 

If you create again the flow then you can try.

hi @LeeBailey  this could be type of bug, but this kind of bugs are quickly solved.

 

If you create again the flow then you can try.

That worked thank you! Luckilly this was one of the simple flows I've created. Another question, within this flow I have used the "Body Preview" because pulling the body of the email transfers all of the HTML. Is there a way to do the whole body without the HTML?

Is there anything else to fix this? I've created this flow at least 5 times, and it never saves a from address that isn't in our organization

Okay, you have to tab out of the "from" email box for the address to register as a valid input that will be saved. Tabbing out of the box tells the UI that your input is saveable, somehow. Weird UI choice, but at least I know now 🙂
