Flow Error: Switch Condition

This happened while I was trying to create flows using Switch. When I put result of inputs to equal 1, Case equal 1, it showed the Action Condition has failed. How could I solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Ooops!

I just reproduced the issue. Your switch input is a string, right?

Please turn your input into an integer first, and reexecute the flow

Hope this helps

Hi

Can you share a screenshot from your flow design so we can see the details of your switch inputs?

Thanx!

Hi @pollyzzz ,

Have you had an opportunity to apply @efialttes 's recommendations to adapt your Flow?

I could reproduce the same on my side and I have solved this problem by using the method provided by @efialttes .

We should ensure the type of data configured in On and Equals is identical.

Please take a try and feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Best Regards,
