I am have a Flow that takes results from a Microsoft Form, populates a SharePoint list and sends and email to a team who manages the actions needed for the process. The Form has likert questions with modified options dependent on access needed to certain software apps. Not all likert options are necessary, only the ones that apply to the current situation. Right now, the email notification sends and email to the team with the respondent name and link to the item in the SharePoint List. However... I would like to be able to put details in the email containing JUST the Likert items checked in the Form. So if this user needs access to application A and not Application B, the email body will state that. So the email body needs to be conditional. Is this possible in Flow? I have Googled but I haven't really found anything that answers my question, so I am coming to the community.

You can select which form fields go in to your email:
And you can use a condition, based on a value in your form, whether to send an email or not:
