Have you tried reproducing the screenshot I uploaded?  If you create a string variable and then an append to string action and add the columnname email dynamic property to that it will automatically create the loop you need.  All you need to do then is type a semicolon after the email in the append step.

If its a People column with multiple people in it then you can process that field using a loop and add each email address to a string variable followed by a semicolon.  Then just use that string in the to field of the email after exiting the loop.  If you are allowing groups in the column then you'll need another loop within the loop to expand the group membership and get each user to add to the variable.

Your EMEA users column is the same as my approvers column in the screenshot.  Please look close and make sure you are adding a semicolon ';' after the approvers email when adding them in the loop.

I need to send approval to multiple users. Can you provide me screen shot of one example. Its very helpful to me.Its urgent.

@Elancheran ,

If you have a column with email Address - you can consider the below logic to get a list of email addresses as a string.

Within the compose action your expression should somewhat look like :

concat(variables('emailList'),items('Apply_to_each')?['emailAddress'],';')

AppendEmailAddress.PNG

At the end of Apply to each Action the variable emailList will have all emailadresses which look like abc@msft.com;xyz@msft.com and can then be used in "Assigned to" field of "Approval" action

I am using people picker column.I need people picker column to send an approval.

I need to send an approval to share point people picker users. Can you help me.

I have tried but i am getting error.I need to send approvals to people picker column members.eror2PNG.PNG

Its urgent. Can anyone help me this flow.

Its already in the screenshot I posted above.  Here it is again with the semicolon highlighted.  You just type in the semicolon after the dynamic content.

screenshot.png

The loop is only used to gather the users from the list column into a string variable.  It is also in the screenshot.

Have you tried reproducing the screenshot I uploaded?  If you create a string variable and then an append to string action and add the columnname email dynamic property to that it will automatically create the loop you need.  All you need to do then is type a semicolon after the email in the append step.

I have tried your input. But it does only send the approval email to the first person and when that is approved it send it to the next person. I would like to have it send at the same time, is this possible?

Please post this as a new question on the forums.  You'll get much better responses that way. This post was about emails, not approvals.
