Flow: Is it possible to import more than 256 Excel rows into Sharepoint at once?

Hi All,

Is it possible to import more than 256 Excel rows into Sharepoint at once? I noticed that only 256 rows where imported out of the 6000. It would be a lot of work to create 24 Flows. Especially when you have to modify all of these.

Regards,

Martijn

In your Get Rows step, check the settings (under 3 dots) and ensure that Pagination is turned on, then you can enter a number of rows in the Limit field.

Enjoy, John

Thanks! Never thought of looking there since number of rows is under advanced settings.

One remark though. The flow ends in a failed status and I think it is because of the limit that needs to be provided, because all rows are imported to SharePoint.

I've set the limit to 10.000 but my table counts only 6000 rows. I did that because I don't want to change that number everytime before the flow runs. Any experience with that?

Sorry, no experience with that amount of rows - but try and locate any documentation about the pagination - maybe it will work with a smaller number and still process all your rows - just in batches of the number.

I only had a number of 500 rows to process, so never got that high as you 🙂

John

I added an ation to the end of the flow and now it seems succesfull.

Thanks.

Do you mind to share what action you added can make this success? Cause my case is over 10,000 rows need to update, please advice, thank you.

@thyestes could you please elaborate on how you achieved this? What was the action and how many items are you able to retrieve?

Thanks
