Flow Issue

I have a Flow where I am receiving the following.  I have modified the 'Get items' Pagination to "On" and entered a Threshold of 10,000 but continue to receive the same error.  Am I missing something else?

Are you creating the table using the outputs of the Compose doing the sort?  or the original array?  If you don't use the sorted results then the table won't be sorted.  Can you show me the Create HTML table action?

What do you have Top count set to?  That is what is used in Get Items to control the page size.

@Pstork1 Thanks for the response.  Top Count is 10,000

Top count becomes the page size when Pagination is enabled in the settings.  Set the threshold in pagination 20 10,000 and set the Top count to 500.

@Pstork1 Sorry, I set the pagination to 10,000 and the Top Count to 500 but still receive the error.  I also tried with Top Count at 5,000.

I just tried it with those settings on a list with over 5,000 items and it works fine for me.

Hmmm...I have 9,552 records and I have "Limit Columns by View" to (4) columns (ID, CreatedBy, Created and GenMgrLU)

Try it without the OrderBy.  That may be trying to override your pagination.  I would also try running it once without the filter query also.

@Pstork1 Thanks for the response.  Appears it was the OrderBy.  When I removed, Flow appears to work.  Guess my follow-up question is how do I sort the HTML table without the OrderBy?

You can sort() the resulting array when you add it to the HTML table.  Reference guide for expression functions - Azure Logic Apps | Microsoft Learn

@Pstork1 Thanks for the information.  I currently have the following but assume I need to Sort on the Current Item.  Is that correct?

You also need to specify what column you want to sort the variable on.

sort(variables('ReportArray'),'EmployeeName')

@Pstork1 Thanks again for the information.  I knew it was needed but again unsure of syntax.  I applied as you suggested...

Unfortunately, I am not getting the sorting I expected.  I did reverify and there is no information in the Order By in the Get items.  The contents of 'EmployeeName' is items('Apply_to_each_3').  Any other suggestions?

@Pstork1 Thank you.  I reviewed the table source and found that I had not updated.  The Flow does take a while to run...but ALL is good now.  Thanks for all your help!
