Flow: Null error when checking SharePoint list date column

Can someone offer help on this error for my flow?

This flow checks a Sharepoint list for a due date and if it is "overdue" sends an email to the assigned user alerting them to return the checked out item. The flow completes and the e-mail is sent, but also shows that it has failed. The text of the error is:

"Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Is_it_overdue' at line '1' and column '15813': 'The template language function 'greater' expects two parameter of matching types. The function was invoked with values of type 'String' and 'Null' that do not match.'.

Not all of the Due Date fields have a date since many of the assets are not checked out; I believe that's what's causing the error. I've researched how to tell the condition to ignore a null cell in the Sharepoint list, but that effort has left me more confused than anything. It could be a typo or that I just have no idea what I'm doing since I'm still pretty new to all this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Add a new condition right above the existing condition and check if Due date is not null.. something like below...

I would have bet A LOT that I had already done what you suggested and it did not work. This time it did! So, I'm going to say user error here. Thank you, this is most helpful!

I am glad it worked !! cheers
