I created a flow that I am finding doesn't do exactly what I want it to. My office just switched from Google Suite to O365 and we are missing some of the functionality we used to have with Google such as email notifications whenever someone modifies a file that was shared. ( I think this feature is in O365 for personal but maybe not business or whoever setup the accounts for my office left it off..) So anyway thats a functionality that could come in handy, so I made a flow. The below screen show shows the slow I made.
So the flow is pretty basic: Any time a file is modified in One Drive Business, an email is sent to me informing me that someone ( including myself... annoying) makes a change to the file in the specified folder.
What I'd like to know is how to do the following two things:
1.) How do I write a flow so I can exclude myself from getting notifications that I make on my own files ( so I guess how do i tell the flow that when the Owner makes a change that, that doesn't require an email?)
2.) How do I set it up so that I only get an email after a certain amount of time ( like say 1 email every 15 minutes that encompasses all the modifications that were made in that time?) I have seen messages where the recurrence connector is used for this but I don't seem to have that as an option when creating flows... not sure why.
Is this even possible with power automate or should I just write a python script?
