Flow One Drive to Teams, I think!

Hello,

I am completely new to flow so I am clueless!

I want to be able to create a flow that starts off actions when I put files in a certain folder. I'll explain.

I run a design business and I am working with outsourced designers. I want to simplify the process of putting work (files) in a place for designers and they can choose to accept or decline.

I add files to a folder on one drive and everyone on a list gets a notification or email they can view the flies but not edit or move them, I also want them to see the compltion date for this project. Once they have viewed the files they can then decide to accept or reject the project. I would like notfication of each designers decision. Once accpeted I want the files to be moved into a folder that will be created and only myself, my lead designer and the outsourced designer can see.

From there I want them to be able to notify me that they have started the project then again once they have completed it.

From there I will upload the file to the end user, I want the designer to be notified that I have done this.

I would then like the designer to be notified if the end user accepts or requests a revision.

Is this possible and if so could I have some guidance please?

Hi ,

You can use start and wait for workflow action to notify the users and get there response and as part of the action you could even ask for custom responses. Also you could right trigger condition to send the approvals to certain people if folder name is so and so etc. You can use switch case inflow to do that.

Thanks but I have got nowhere.

I have decided another option, more simple.

I receive an email with certain word in the subject line the action is an email is sent out to those on the list and also a message in a channel on Teams is sent. All works fine but I am not getting any notification of the message in teams. All notifications are on. Same issue on the iOS app. Here is a screenshot of my flow.
