Flow Support Automating Email

Hi All 

I am trying to build a flow from SharePoint with multiple conditions to drive the flow.

The trigger needs to be when an item is created or modified, it then needs to asses about ten columns whether the value on a column for that item equals 'No' then send an email with the metadata from the item which is in another column that gives the reason why?

I have tried multiple ways of getting this to drive if someone could support on this issue and provide a version to view it would be greatly appreciated
