Flow account

Hi.

I built a flow to add contacts from a powerapp (sharepoint online list) to outlook contacts.

It works fine for me, but it doesn't work when someone else tries.

I assume it tries to add the contact to my accounts contacts, while it should add it to the account of the current user.

What might I be doing wrong?

Greetings, Nicolas

Re: Flow account

Hi @DitIsEenUsrName ,

Do you want to add the contacts to the Account of the current user?

If yes, I am afraid that it might be not possible currently. Per my certain test, it seems that we are able to add contacts to the flow creator’s account, but not current user. If you need this feature, please create a request on Flow Ideas Forum:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

By the way, if you would like to add contacts on your Account, in addition to sharing the app/flow with users, you also need to share the contact folder with users with can edit permission.

I have made the following test which is working successfully for shared users to add contacts on my account.

Hope it could be a reference for you.

Re: Flow account

Yes, I want to add them to the account of the current user.

Isn't there a way to "get this account" ?

I made a request here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Create-outlook-contact-for-current-user/idi-p/242667#...
