I am new with FLOW. I created a FLOW to copy items and attachments from list1 to list2. But, when an item is updated in list1, instead of updating in list2. My FLOW duplicated the item in list2 with updated value in 1 column. Every time, a user updates in list1. A new item is created in list2. I tried various ways, - Get item, condition. I couldn't get it to to work. User can update any column in list2. I think I don't have a proper trigger in list1 for update item.
Your help is appreciated.

According to your description, what your purpose is to update the item in list2 instead of create a new one when the item is already exist in list2.
I have made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.
The “ID” in the Append to array variable is coming from Get items.
The “ID” in the Condition is coming from when an item is Created or modified.
Please feel free post back if you need more help.
how did you manage to maintain the same ID for both lists ? I'm having a hard time copying over the ID from the first list to the second.
Which also mean, the ID's arent matching and duplicate records are being created.
Whats an alternate ?
