I have a process consisting of several different flows. It used to work just fine, but now it's creating double planner tasks for everything once the second flow is triggered. If we have started several new runs in a row, the duplications can get up to 11 identical tasks. Because the number of duplicate tasks changes, I think it's a looping or capacity issue, but I can't figure out why it's happening all of a sudden, and how to make it stop. I tried adding a delay before the first duplicated task creates, but that didn't work (I took it out again, so not visible in the screenshots).
