I have been getting flow error "Encountered Internal Server Error from the XRM API. The tracking Id is 'XXXX'" as below. This happens when I try to add an action and save in the flow. It happens to any flow I update.
Could you advise please?
Can you please tell if you are simply querying notes entity or you are adding some filter conditions as it is not clear with screenshot.
It appears that similar issues were due to an API issue on Microsoft's side. As Christian has suggested. I would recommend to open a case with Microsoft Support Team to have this looked into. I'll include a link on creating a case.

Sometimes these errors are temporary and it disappears.
Try removing the existing connector settings configuration and recreate a new one. Check your DLP policies which is blocking any API.
If problem persists raise a support with Microsoft.
