Flow error regarding condition

Hello,

I have a question about building Flow.

I made a condition that If some item contains Email on specific column, I want to update an item.

To make it run, I put

string(body('Get_item')?['E_x002d_mail'])

But error came out

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Condition' at line '1' and column '2602': 'The template language function 'contains' expects its first argument 'collection' to be a dictionary (object), an array or a string. The provided value is of type 'Null'.'.

How can I change the type Null to string?

Or is there any way to solve this problem?

Thank you!

Re: Flow error regarding condition

@Michael221

Hi there!

It looks like the Item you're getting is null when you're telling Flow to expect a string.  Do you want to post a screen shot of more of the Flow?  Maybe the whole thing would help, and we can go from there.

Keep us posted.
