I have a Flow in place that says when a new item is added to a list in SharePoint, it exports to a shared spreadsheet in my OneDrive. If the file is closed the Flow runs successfully with no issues, the issue is when someone has the file open. The Flow errors saying that the file is locked. Any fix to this? Is there a setting somewhere where I have to set the file to be able to be edited by multiple entities at once?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Jamiehopper1,
When using the Excel action Insert row, error message “the file is being locked” will be returned if the file is being opened.
Please try using the action Add a row into a table of connector Excel Online (Business) which will still work though the file is open.
I have made the following test which works fine no matter the file is closed or not.
Best regards,
Mabel
