Flow fails if no attachment in form

Hello

Having a little bit of difficulty figuring out the condition in my flow.

I have created a flow which send four emails following submission of a staff leaver form:

1. Manager completes Form
2. Triggers Flow
3. Flow is to send four emails:
   3.1. Info to IT
   3.2. Info to Payroll
   3.3. Email to leaver with exit interview process
   3.4. Email to HR - this is the one which fails

The email to HR has a condition so there are two versions of the email:

V1 - All info + copy of resignation uploaded into form by manager

V2 - All info but no resignation letter was uploaded

And as soon as I work out how to upload a screenshot I will!

In your condition use the empty( ) expression on the left side. Is NOT equal to true

Inside the ( ) select your dynamic content from forms that you want to check if its empty or not
