Flow fails in updating a row because of the value is already in another row of the table

I have a table with a column called Approved, the manager write "yes" in the rows of the column and the flow performs some actions with the rows values. In the end of the flow there is a update a row to change the value of the current row from "yes" to "Closed - Approved". But instead it gives me an error saying that theres already an "Closed - Approved" in the table, which is true but it isn't what supposed to do it is supposed to change the values that had not been changed.

  "message""Excel table already has a row with id 'Closed - Aprovado'.\r\nclientRequestId: 80d1a092-3b9d-408d-899d-838c63f0b610",
  "error": {
    "message""Excel table already has a row with id 'Closed - Aprovado'."
Here how its configured
Here there is the table i'm trying to analyze
There is an apply to each in my flow with the intention of passing through all the rows and there is a codition 3 also.
This get a row in the image was created because I wasn't able to feed some variables down bellow that condition with the content of the list of rows of the table I've created in the beginning.
