Flow for Email stuck in Outlook Outbox

Occasionally, about 1 or 2 times per week, I have an email that gets stuck in my outbox for unknown reasons. I am trying to create a Flow that will send me a notification that one is stuck in that folder. I've tried to create one with the condition that received time is greater than a value (I set 5 minutes), but it seems to only work on emails in my outbox that maybe sit for a bit, but then do go out.


Any ideas on a parameter I can use to show emails that are stuck sitting in the outbox?

How about configure the Flow to run a Schedule check for the stucked Emails in the OutBox?

Add the Recurrence as the trigger, frequency set to Week or day, then take use of Outlook Action, Get Emails, which would get the top 10 by default:
