Is it possible to have a Flow that refreshes a Power Query after a file is updated or replaced in a One Drive for Business folder?

I have a Flow that saves an email attachment to a One Drive for Business folder each morning and I have a Power Query in Excel that I manually run each morning to clean up the attachment. I'm sure that there are many ways to automate the Power Query step and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to accomplish this with a Flow?

If a Flow won't work, I'd appreciate other ideas on how to approach this.

Do you want to create a flow to save attachment to OneDrive for Business then refresh a Power Query in Excel automatically?

It seems that BI features are not supported by Excel Online. To refresh Power Query, we need to open the Power Query Excel on the client.
