Flow gets timed out while doing operations on the records.

Hi All,

Background: There is a application we have in power-app portals where user come in and registers themselves. So we have around 2000 records there. I have build a flow to generate offer letters for all the applicants we have in CDS. The flow is up and running. 

Problem: When I am running the flow it is able to generate only around 125-130 offer letters after that it gets timed out. Is there anyway I can disable this time out or may be a way that it could take 100 applications at a time and generate offer letter for them and then take next 100 and so on?

In order to protect our services and ensure uptime for everyone, we do have to impose some restrictions...

• We have limits/thresholds tied to Power Automate.
• We have limits/thresholds tied to our connectors, like with CDS or Office 365 Outlook.
• We have limits/thresholds tied to messaging and more with Exchange Online.
• We have limits/thresholds tied to licensing, especially with API calls. The short of it is that trial licenses or licenses bundled in a subscription will be throttled more quickly than standalone (per user/per app/per Flow) license types.

Don't worry about the reference to Power Apps, these are universal between our services. These articles frequently link to one another or to additional important content on this, as well.

At this time, we do not honor any requests to adjust these limits. Some are algorithmically adjusted while others are in place in response to stress testing.

If you go over this and feel like you're somehow experiencing unexpected throttling, you can always open a support incident from the Power Platform Admin Center. Please keep in mind that we can't adjust these limits, although we can confirm if the system response is accurate to the situation.
